Hotel Associa Takayama Resort

My husband chose the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. The experience was out of this world. The building is old world, the room was so spacious, and the view was magnificent. We were given a large room on 17th top floor with views across the town and mountains.

Nice property with great onsen located a little distance away from town. The shuttle buses operate till 9pm. Excellent breakfast. Be prepared as it can get very busy. Takayama is a pleasure to visit and provides insights into a earlier era. I think a bit off the beaten track.

We were given a room on the top floor, 17th floor with a breathtaking view of the Town and mountains. The room was so spacious. We could not stop taking in the view. The outdoor spa facilities were free and simply amazing.

Very spacious rooms; exceptionally clean. A little out of town (short 5 min drive to old part of town) but with outstanding views of the town and the surrounds. Guest shop on premises.

Greatly enjoyed the bath spa at the resort, and the views and service were definitely worth every penny!
